Wonderful Hosts

Helen and Mal were most welcoming. The bed was comfortable, best nights sleep I have had in ages. The breakfast was superb. Looking forward to going back to enjoy good company and the view from the verandah.

A wonderful homely B & B

The owners Helen and Mal could not have been more hospitable, they really did go the extra mile (or kilometre) for their guests. We were sorry we hadn't booked for a longer stay, their service really was par excellent. The room was extremely comfortable and the view from the balcony truly magnificent. Thank you, Helen and Mal you made our holiday.

Loved this place

On a whimsy, we decided to overnight in Parkes rather than pushing on, and we're so glad we did. The owners (Helen and Mal) are absolutely delightful, and despite us calling at 4pm were happy to put us up at short notice that night. They were amazing with our three-year-old, and the house and room are lovely. Nothing was too much effort for them, including a ridiculously generous breakfast and also scones on arrival (which my daughter loved), and the house is located in a quiet area which is an easy walk into town. The only negative was we couldn't stay longer, we would happily have spent another couple of days if we'd had time.

Fantastic B&B in Parkes

Had the pleasure of staying with Helen & Mal, when attending the ABBA festival in Trundle, while on our recent road trip. I can not speak highly enough of these 2 wonderful hosts, they go above and beyond what I have experienced at other B&B's superb brekkies made to order, comfy beds and plenty of advice on places to see and visit for the travellers.

Excellent Australian, country hospitality

Helen and Mel were delightful hosts. The accommodation excellent and the fully cooked breakfast was exceptional. It was the best of country, Australian hospitality and a proper, old-fashioned Bed and Breakfast.

Great Country Hospitality

Helen and Mal are the ultimate B@B hosts. They make you feel welcome, the bedroom is well set up and a comfortable bed with ensuite. They also allow guests to use their lounge with access to TV (also one in the room) and being autumn kept the living areas warm. We were offered afternoon tea on arrival and breakfasts were fresh and food plentiful. Helen and Mal have great panoramic views from their house and it is located in a very quiet location around 1.5km from the centre of town. Really made us feel at home.

Marvellous hosts and great views

Set up on a hill, Kadina offers great views of the valley and mountains below. Helen and Mal are marvellous hosts who make you feel very welcome. There's an extra room on offer, too, which is handy if travelling as a family (which we were). Very comfortable bedroom and lounge, and the breakfast was top notch.

Lovely Homely Stay at Kadina B&B in Parkes

I had a lovely stay at Kadina B&B with Helen and Mal- my room was lovely and cosy (on a cold winters night!). They were very accommodating and my breakfast the next morning was wonderful. Their house is lovely, the room is comfy with a private ensuite and is situated on the side of a hill with beautiful sweeping views of the region. Be great for any weary traveller looking for the comforts of a homely stay.
